Customer service executive
We are recruiting an experienced Customer service executive to join our East Yorkshire Hub based in Hull City Centre as we continue to expand! Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

The Customer service executive role is a Permanent position that will commence with immediate effect; however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.
Job description
As a Customer service executive, you will be responsible for the growth and success of existing business along with being tasked with growing and maximizing new business opportunities. Your duties will include:
1. Candidate attraction, management, and retention
2. Developing an excellent understanding of clients, their industry, culture, environment, and requirements to always provide the best possible service
3. Increasing the growth in our existing client base
4. Up selling and cross selling to promote our added services and maximize opportunities
5. Liaising with clients and candidates daily to fulfill staffing requirements and maximize work opportunities for candidates
6. Conducting thorough telephone interviews with candidates and booking them face-to-face interviews with our recruitment consultants
7. Carrying out Right To Work checks and ensuring all candidates are fully compliant
8. Assisting with payroll duties - collating staffing hours, managing holiday entitlements, inputting hours into Bullhorn Scheduler, and dealing with any payroll queries
9. Meeting and greeting candidates in our office
10. Carrying out routine in-house audits
The successful candidate:
To be considered for the position of Customer service executive, you must:
1. Have a full UK driving license and your own car
2. Have excellent organization skills and be able to work under pressure
3. Be able to prioritize tasks and manage your own workload efficiently
4. Have the ability to work to targets and deadlines
5. Be competent on Microsoft Mail, Excel, and Word
6. Have excellent customer service skills
7. Sales experience would be advantageous
