Location: For this role you will need to be flexible and work across both of our sites as below:
Norland College, York Place, London Road, Bath, BA1 6AE/ 39-41 Upper Oldfield Park, Bath, BA2 3LB
We are looking to appoint a small group of bank receptionists who will be available to provide ad-hoc reception cover when required, sometimes at short notice. You will need to have experience of working in a customer service environment, liaising with colleagues and external parties and demonstrate the ability to provide a high-quality service at all times. There will also be an opportunity to assist with administrative work and so experience in an admin-related role would be beneficial although training will be provided during an induction period.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide ad-hoc reception cover as required.
2. Deliver high-quality customer service.
3. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Computer-confident with the ability to use all aspects of Microsoft Office.
3. Extensive experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
4. Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
5. Flexible approach and friendly, approachable nature.
