Position Details : Contract : Permanent, term time only (40 hours per week) Start date : May 2025 Annual Salary : £22,102.72 - £24,103.93 About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting and developing their students, helping them achieve success in a safe and nurturing learning environment. You'll work closely with students to foster independence and self-confidence, whether through 1:1 support or small group learning. Flexibility, creativity, and positivity are key to this role, alongside a commitment to promoting positive behaviours and self-regulation. Key Responsibilities : Support students' learning and independence. Assist in planning, preparation, and evaluation of education programmes. Record and report on student progress accurately. Key Qualities : Full UK driving licence with access to your own car. Level 2 (or equivalent) qualifications in Maths and English. Minimum age: 21 years.
