An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Events and Commercial Services Team within Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
This is a full-time office-based role, predominantly working 0830-1630 with occasional evening and weekend work where required. The post holder will be the initial point of contact for both coordinators and events staffing, as well as customers and IFT's.
There is also an on-call requirement of covering one in four weeks, this attracts on-call allowance at 4.5%.

As the Resource supervisor you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a small team of Resource Coordinators, ensuring the effective production and distribution of schedules for events and specialist transport services. They will be responsible for optimizing shift allocations to enhance financial performance and ensuring the efficient use of ICT systems such as GRS, Excel, and Cleric.
Additionally, the role involves supervising the preparation of customer quotes and managing customer correspondence, as well as assisting with the collection of monthly activity data to facilitate timely invoicing and financial transactions.
