Main duties of the job We are looking for a leader who is dynamic and strives to lead by example who has experience of working in a busy ED department who can bring their own knowledge and experience to our already existing team and is ready to hit the ground running. You will be in a position to influence and effect emergency care as we continue to develop our innovative ways of working. About us We are a forward-thinking department with a real emphasis on staff development and training - we have our own clinical education team based in ED for all your training needs plus our consultants on every shift available to support and educate - the relationship between medical and nursing staff is second to none. The educators are here to support the wider team both with clinical skills in the clinical area and all general training needs to provide up to date skills.
