Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (50/50 split)
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6:00am – 2:00pm and Friday 6:00am – 1:00pm
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2:00pm – 10:00pm and Friday 1:00pm – 8:00pm

Reporting to the Asset Reliability Manager, you will work as part of a small team to ensure the continued performance and availability of production and auxiliary equipment whilst maintaining stringent quality and safety targets through the following tasks:
* Carry out planned and reactive repairs to a variety of manufacturing equipment.
* Take part ownership of the Maintenance plan to adapt and change as necessary.
* Increase asset reliability to help deliver production targets & technical KPI’s.
* Supervise outside contractors/service engineers and tradesmen as required.
* Manage small projects such as equipment installation or staff training.
* Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across the manufacturing plant.
What you’ll get:
* Salary circa £40,000 plus 15% shift allowance.

What you’ll need:
* HNC/D in an engineering discipline (ideally combined or Electrical focus).
* Completed a recognised city & guilds, NVQ or equivalent electrical apprenticeship.
* Proven experience post-apprenticeship in a multiskilled maintenance role.
* Ability to identify and correct faults within electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and water systems.
* Experienced in planned and reactive maintenance.
* Ambitious, hardworking, and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
* Proven use of root cause analysis tools and techniques.
