Responsibilities:
1. Assist customers via phone and email with day to day queries.
2. Handle enquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
3. Work with team members to resolve customer issues.
You must have:
1. Experience in customer service, especially in a busy office.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask under pressure.
5. IT Literate.
6. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
In return you can expect a salary of up to £25,000 pa working Monday to Friday 8:30 - 5:00 plus benefits - OFFICE BASED.
