Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital and Analytics team at Marsh Portfolio Solutions (MPS). This role will be based in the UK and is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. You will build upon existing data and analytical skills to support the department in meeting its contractual obligations to clients, working alongside departmental stakeholders to provide and design internal and external reporting packs and dashboards that showcase portfolio analysis and data insights. We will count on you to: Engage with data teams across Marsh to understand availability of data when creating and renewing solutions. Design and produce overview documents to be easily used in internal facility performance reviews. Work with Account Executives to scope, work and deliver ad-hoc requests to internal management and external clients. Assist in the development of automation procedures and processes to maintain services that will build up over time. Redesign old reports to provide new insight and incorporate new techniques/capabilities. Produce Data Quality internal summary documents with an aim to improve business engagement. Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communications with Account Executives and Key Stakeholders to articulate Portfolio Solutions Data. Recommend improvements and efficiencies to existing processes and procedures based on data analysis findings. What you need to have: Highly organised and methodical in approach. Keen on understanding processes, and naturally want to use data to drive performance improvement. Able to work under pressure, often to tight deadlines. Comfortable working with data visualisation tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik Experience). What makes you stand out: Advanced Excel Skills. A background in insurance or finance. An analytical degree.
