Iron Mountain's Digital Business Unit transforms physical records into accessible digital formats, streamlining business operations. We provide comprehensive digital information management solutions, including scanning, indexing, and secure storage, supporting our customers' digital transformation. You'll play a crucial role in converting physical documents into high-quality digital assets, contributing directly to our clients' digital transformation journeys. This role involves meticulous scanning, thorough quality checks, and accurate indexing, ensuring the integrity and security of valuable information. Key Accountabilities Carry out high-volume document scanning using specialist equipment. Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy. Perform thorough quality checks to ensure adherence to project specifications. Index and categorise documents according to established procedures. Maintain accurate records of scanned documents and any discrepancies. Ensure the secure and confidential handling of all documents. Meet established production targets and deadlines. Valued skills and experience: Previous experience in document scanning, imaging or a related field is a bonus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
