We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Hub Operative at Tamworth, You'll be working 37.5 hrs a week, Monday to Friday
8:00--04:00 and will be paid £27,000 at our site in Tamworth.

Purpose of the role
To control assigned day to day activities within the warehouse including receipt and checking of products, issue and dispatch of
products, product storage and stock rotation as specified.
This position will also carry out additional duties as instructed by Warehouse Team Leaders, Shift Managers, Warehouse Manager or
Operations Manager.
To ensure that all areas of operational responsibility comply with all Company, legal, environmental, ISO, security and Health and
Safety procedures and standards. To ensure all documentation is completed accurately and returned promptly to the Team Leader.
How you’ll make an impact as a Hub Operative at Movianto:
• Follow procedures, meet performance standards, and adhere to instructions.
• Receive, check, pick, and pack products accurately.
• Maintain documentation and notify the Team Leader of any deviations.
• Suggest improvements and take responsibility for assigned functions.
• Uphold housekeeping and health and safety standards.
• Complete mechanical handling checklists (where applicable).
What it will take to thrive as a Hub Operative at Movianto:
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and strong organisational skills.
• Experience in fast-paced environments (parcel sortation/fulfilment).
• Desirable: PPT, LLOP, forklift, and first aid training.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Adaptable and open to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve.
