Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships with clients, and identifying recruitment needs. Your main objective will be to sell our recruitment services to potential clients, ensuring we match the right candidates to their hiring requirements. You will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base, managing client accounts, and contributing to the company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients, introducing our recruitment services and building strong relationships.
* Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into long-term clients.
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business.
* Recruitment Process Knowledge: Gain a solid understanding of client needs and translate those into effective recruitment solutions.
* Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide a competitive edge.
* Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction and successful recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
