This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support for various administrative tasks.
Main duties and responsibilities of an Office Administrator:
* Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the office and management team.
* Oversee and maintain office supplies and equipment.
* Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
* Utilize SAGE 200 for financial data entry and reporting (if applicable).
* Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications of an Office Administrator:
* Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Familiarity with SAGE 200 software is highly advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
