As a Junior Marketing Representative, you will utilize face-to-face marketing and sales efforts to connect our clients, their services, and local consumers. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional customer service and sales experience in every interaction.
About the Role:
The Junior Marketing Representative position is an entry-level role designed to help meet our clients’ customer acquisition goals. This is achieved through face-to-face marketing efforts and promotional events to generate new business and leads throughout Madison.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers to educate them on current promotions in a retail environment.
2. Deliver excellent customer service to existing clientele.
3. Represent the brand through retail marketing campaigns.
4. Interact with retail consumers and provide quality customer service.
5. Act as a key point of contact for consumer relations.
Qualifications:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
3. Capable of working effectively in both team settings and independently.
4. Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service, or relevant college coursework is preferred but not required, as we provide full training.
