I seek a new team member to join my clients busy Maintenance Department as an administrator and property management assistant. The successful candidate must be an organised, enthusiastic team player who is efficient and has the drive to do a good job. You will report to the Maintenance Team Leaders.
Experience/Skills
* Excellent customer service skill.
* Ability and desire to work as part of a team.
* Good computer skills.
Role
* Responsible for various daily administrative tasks and tenant enquiries.
* Inputting and maintaining data into the property management software.
* Arranging reactive and proactive maintenance by instructing contractors to complete repair orders.
* Following up on departments outstanding orders.
* Processing tenant applications for consent
* Handle incoming and outbound internal telephone calls and emails, providing support to our property management teams.
* Helping to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
* Attending site inspection as required.
The role will be mainly office based with the possibility of one day a week home working following a successfully probation period.
Hours of Work – 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 minutes for lunch
