Oris UK seeks an experienced, confident, and dependable boutique manager to drive growth at our Mayfair Flagship Boutique.
As the Boutique Sales & Partnerships Manager, you will be fully responsible for boutique performance and daily operations. As an Oris brand expert and ambassador, you'll deliver a best-in-class customer experience whilst developing innovative strategic initiatives to drive towards our ambitious targets.
The ideal candidate is positive, enthusiastic, personable and empathetic, easily fostering a positive work environment that supports growth and success. You'll nurture the team to create lasting client relationships, build the Oris community, and foster customer loyalty. You understand the value of customer data, how to obtain it and use it profitably.
What we expect
We’re seeking a standout candidate with a proven track record in business development. You'll drive traffic and sales through unique partnerships, activations, and product opportunities. As an independent brand, we offer autonomy for creative, proactive leadership—networking, pitching, and strategizing while your team excels on the shop floor.
You will have
* 7+ years in luxury retail, with managerial experience
* Passionate about watchmaking and exceptional customer service
* Proven success in driving high-value sales
* Strong leadership, team motivation, and relationship-building skills
* Skilled in managing customer relationships and handling complaints
* Excellent communication, both verbal and written
* Highly proactive with a positive, can-do attitude
* Strong business acumen and organisational skills
* Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems and budget management
* Flexible availability (weekdays, weekends, seasonal)
* High level of personal presentation
