Here at 888 Vapour we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Area Manager to join our Retail team looking after the Retail stores.
Geographical location will include: Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Humberside & Midlands.

888 Vapour is now one of the UK’s best and largest online e-liquid and vape stores, with 13 high-street locations across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Nottinghamshire. Our retail operations lead the industry with innovative products that positively impact our customers’ lives.
Role Responsibilities:
* Motivate a team of existing Store Managers driving and implementing sales strategies within your region.
* Establish sales goals and objectives for the team, and monitor progress towards achieving targets.
* Collaborate with the Head of Retail to align area sales initiatives with regional sales objectives and strategies.
* Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the sales team to provide feedback and guidance.
* Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion within the region, and develop plans to capitalise on these opportunities.
* Ensuring consistency with standards and store presentation across your area.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business and our partners.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for sales operations.
* Implement and maintain high stock control, stock management and operational excellence.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
* Previous experience of multi-site management would be advantageous in this role.
* Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire, engage and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
* Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region on store visits as required.

The new Area Manager will have experience in a fast-paced retail environment and will be able to drive standards across the area at all times.
