As a Lettings Officer, you’ll be an important part of our team, helping to manage the lettings and voids process, ensuring homes are quickly filled with the right tenants. You’ll work closely with residents and applicants, providing a welcoming and supportive experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow, and build your career in the social housing sector.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide Excellent Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for applicants and residents, offering support and guidance.
* Help Manage Lettings & Voids: Assist in filling empty homes quickly, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
* Work with Systems: Learn to use software tools to manage and update information, ensuring smooth operations.
* Be a Team Player: Work closely with your colleagues, always keeping a positive attitude and contributing to a friendly, collaborative environment.
