This role involves providing tailored support to students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, and other learning challenges. This school places a strong emphasis on inclusivity and ensuring all students have access to a supportive educational environment. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside teachers, the SENCo, and other team members to adapt lessons and learning activities, helping each student achieve their personal best.
