£30,000–£35,000 (DOE) + OTE

About the Role
As a Sales & Customer Success Executive, you’ll work across the full client journey, from initial outreach to ongoing account engagement.
* Re-engage previous and existing leads, and manage your pipeline of warm prospects.
* Set up and attend stakeholder meetings to demonstrate Zest’s value proposition.
* Build strong, trusted relationships with both prospects and existing clients.
* Support the onboarding and handover of new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and early success.
* Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and generate leads within the rewards and benefits space.
* Attend industry networking events to grow your professional network and promote Zest.
* Help identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts to support renewals and upselling.

About You
We’re looking for a motivated, engaging individual who enjoys both selling and supporting. You’ll need:
* At least one year of experience working in a corporate environment.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Confidence in identifying client needs and driving conversations toward outcomes.
* A self-starter mentality and a team-first attitude.
* A desire to learn and grow within a supportive, high-performance environment.
