Due to exciting plans for 2025 they are looking for a Supplier Lead to join their Supply Chain / Procurement team. Role & Responsibilities :Developing and managing supplier relationships to achieve business requirements Evaluation of suppler performance Supporting and lead supplier selection, supplier development and NPI Identify of quality, cost, delivery and lead time improvements Lead problem solving activities to resolve issues affecting supplier relations and supply chain performance Root cause and corrective action knowledge Knowledge, Skills & Experience: CIPS Qualified Experience in an Engineering, Manufacturing or Production environment Strong negotiation skills, Knowledge of procurement and contractual Law advantageous Project Management experience advantageous Benefits Package: Salary:- £38,000 - £41,000Hours:- Monday - Friday Days - 37hrs a week - Flexible start time, half day FridayBenefits:- 37.5hr working week - Flexible start time, half day Friday, 33 days holiday, 8x life insurance, healthcare package, employee share option, flexible benefits package, sick pay scheme, profit share bonus scheme, 9% Pension.
