Role Purpose: As the Cash Management supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the team, maintaining KPIs and ensuring cash allocations and priority payments and processed in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Be accountable for the management of Cash Team Monthly review of KPIs for all processes within the team Key point of contact for UK business for cash queries and escalations Responsible for all aspects of people management – including objective setting and monitoring, resourcing, appraisals, training, performance management, absence management, etc. Ensuring efficiency in all Cash Management processes to ensure all SLAs are met Ensure all required business deadlines are achieved and efficiencies are implemented where needed Person Specification/Requirements Proven track record of strong change management and general management skills Experience of working in high volume transactions with a result driven mind-set Confident and assertive where required, good at influencing others Good interpersonal & Communication skills with the ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority Analytical & problem-solving approach Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently, being both autonomous & a team player Good IT Skills including Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, formulas, etc
