Salary: £37,000Part-Time, 24 hours per week Our client, a leading mental health service, has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team. in the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with personality disorders.This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative, supportive environment that focuses on positive outcomes and recovery. The Ideal Candidate:
HCPC registered Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist with experience in a forensic or clinical mental health setting. Experience working within a Personality Disorder Unit is preferred. Trained in complex therapeutic approaches such as Schema-focused therapy, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, and DBT is highly desirable. Provide psychological assessments and therapy for individuals and groups with a range of complex mental health challenges. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to collaboratively develop care plans for service users. Offer training and supervision to colleagues, and provide consultation to teams. Contribute to the development and evaluation of the service, ensuring high standards of care. Conduct clinical research and present findings through conferences and publications.
