Customer Service Advisor role: You will be receiving calls from customers, some of which are likely to be emergency in nature – therefore, you'll need to be able to support with the situation professionally, calmly and confidently. Ensure all contact with customers is accurately recorded on their computer-based record. Process all documentation resulting from customer contacts, ensuring information is passed to colleagues to action. When not taking customer calls, through the night you'll be responding to existing outstanding customer queries relating to their properties and accounts, via email - therefore we’re looking for strong administrative skills too.
