Job Description: At BT your main responsibilities will include providing demonstrations of offerings and Sage Intacct products during the sales process, providing critical insight into the functionality of the product and fit and fitness for prospect needs. Providing training and technical leadership to Customer Support, Professional Services and customers as needed Assisting in transition from sales to professional services as needed to support installation and implementation of new modules and third-party systems Participating in development and implementation strategies for new software features and enhancements developed by technical services team Learn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and with your clients Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals Enjoy friendships, social activities and team outings that encourage a work-life balance Successful candidates will have: A bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting or finance 8 years’ experience providing Sage Intacct implementation and/or support services Strong understanding of all Sage Intacct and additional modules and functions including strong understanding of Revenue Recognition and Deferred Revenue (ASC 605 & ASC 606/IFRS 15), Global Consolidations, Multi-currency, Project Accounting, and third-party integrations with the ability to solution-design and architect for those needs Proficiency in preparation of financial statements and fluent understanding of GAAP Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability Microsoft Suite skills
