The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join the NIHR Research Support Service (RSS) delivered by Newcastle University and Partners as a Data and Quality Manager, on a fixed-term basis until 30 September 2028. Our vision is to support research with a new way of working, supported by a new generation of researchers, developed through a new model, integrating research development, design and delivery in health, social care, and public health. As Data and Quality Manager for the NIHR Research Support Service (RSS) delivered by Newcastle University and Partners, your will be responsible for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and security of the data collected and maintained by the RSS. You will work closely with the RSS Chief Operating Officer and Operations Manager to prepare and present reports to Senior Management on RSS activity, to help inform decision making and investment priorities. We are looking for candidates with excellent data management skills, as well as experience of analysing and presenting data and reports.
