Working Hours:
Full-time, 40 hours a week. Normal business hours 9am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break). Flexibility for early mornings, late evenings, or weekend hours may be required depending on project demands.
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive & Creative Designer who possesses a strong understanding of both marketing strategies and creative design principles. This role is pivotal in implementing effective marketing campaigns and producing compelling visual content for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
2. Create visually appealing designs for a variety of media, including digital, print, and social platforms.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored creative solutions.
4. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
5. Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels.
6. Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive creative innovation.
8. Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budgets.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role with a strong creative portfolio.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
4. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Analytical skills to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights.
6. Highly motivated with a passion for creativity and marketing excellence.
7. Degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred.
Desirable Skills:
1. Experience in digital marketing and familiarity with SEO and social media strategies.
2. Knowledge of video editing tools and multimedia content creation is a plus.
3. Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
