DESCRIPTION
Take the next step in your retail merchandising career, as a Full-time Retail Merchandiser to support the in-store execution for our leading CPG client. In this role, you will execute a range of in-store merchandising tasks, from shelf stocking to display creation, ensuring product availability and store compliance with planograms. RESPONSABILITÉS
* Implement in-store merchandising activities based on plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, including resets.
* Plan coverage, set priorities by reviewing call objectives, follow-ups from previous calls, organize required tools and materials to ensure deadlines are met.
* Ensure promotional display compliance, identify opportunities, correct voids and out of stocks by merchandising shelves/displays, identify locations to secure incremental displays, place POS materials on shelves/displays, check product dates and rotate stock.
* Communicate effectively with store staff regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, client objectives and work completed.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain an effective working relationship with store staff to meet company and client objectives.
LES QUALIFICATIONS
The successful candidate will possess:
* Previous merchandising or sales experience.
* Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
* Ability to work independently and engage effectively with others.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* Physical ability to lift and move up to 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
