Our client located in Harrogate is recruiting for an Area Sales Manager for their inbound sales team. You would be responsible for building and maintaining the growth of an area, upselling and cross-selling, and applying a consultative problem management approach to our clients' customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Order processing, dealing with day to day and complex queries.
2. Answering inbound phone calls.
3. Making outbound phone calls to your area.
4. Team approach to sales group inbox, booking review and growth meetings for current customers, and contacting inactive current accounts.
5. Maintaining customer portal accounts, ensuring accurate customer details as we supply to a vast range of commercial businesses and individual consumers.
6. Excellence in customer liaison and response, both in sales and after sales services.
7. Offering a knowledgeable and dedicated sales team.
8. Supporting customers with a fully qualified service team.
9. Providing expert advice and demonstrations in our comprehensive customer showroom.
This position works Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Our client is offering a salary of £27,000 OTE £30,000 if targets are met. There is also the potential to earn additional bonuses for overachieving quarterly targets.
