Responsibilities
1. Provide all-rounded administrative to GM and HR support
2. Schedule internal and external meeting appointments
3. Coordinate travel, flights and accommodation arrangements
4. Compile expenses reimbursement and group medical claims
5. Support in organizing company activities and staff events coordination
6. Back up receptionist duties
7. Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
1. DSE / Form 5 or above
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
3. Well organized and detail-minded
4. Good interpersonal communication skills and teamwork
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
