The Opportunity:

* Shape and implement a comprehensive people strategy, encompassing talent acquisition, development, reward, and employer branding.
* Elevate the HR function from an operational focus to a strategic leadership role.

What We Are Looking For:
* An experienced No.1 HR Leader, with proven experience in the software industry.
* A track record of successfully scaling organisations from 500-1500 employees.
* Experience in international expansion and managing complex organisational structures.
* A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ideally based in the Midlands, with the ability to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
* Pacey, impatient for results, but not at the expense of quality.
* A passion for driving change and growth in a fast-paced environment.
