As a Distributor Manager - National Accounts, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with national distributors to drive sales growth of our respiratory diagnostic solutions. This role will require a strategic focus on account management, sales forecasting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure that distributor partners are aligned with company goals and objectives. Your leadership and sales expertise will be critical in enhancing distributor performance and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with national distributor partners, acting as the primary point of contact for sales and operational support.
* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with distributors to develop and execute tailored sales strategies that align with company objectives and market demands.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse distributor performance metrics, providing guidance and support to optimize sales results and address any challenges.
* Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and resources to distributor sales teams, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively promote our respiratory diagnostic solutions.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and customer service teams to coordinate promotional activities, new product launches, and service initiatives.

Qualifications:
