Role responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Fraud Assistant to deliver components of the TfW revenue protection strategy. To compile work packages for investigation and provide support for such investigations including prosecution case files as appropriate. This role will also support the wider revenue protection remit and interface with internal and external stakeholders while also providing some administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
1. Analyse data obtained from scans to identify trends in digital fraud to reduce harm to the business.
2. Preparation of evidence packs from scan data for each individual offender.
3. Design and maintain tailored contact templates for each individual workstream
4. Compilation and maintenance of records containing information of all contact with offenders and up to date progress of each individual case, to be handled in line with GDPR

5. Must be fully conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
6. Outstanding oral and written communicator

8. Highly numeric
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
