We are a large tour operator with many years of experience in the travel services market, looking to add a Tourism Manager with a personal client base, including VIP clients, to our team. Responsibilities:
* Selling travel products (individual and group tours, VIP travel, business and first-class air tickets, exclusive hotels, yachting, etc.);
* Managing a personal client base, including the VIP segment;
* Tailoring and organizing tours to meet the demands of discerning clients;
* Overseeing order fulfillment and providing client support at all stages;
* Maintaining long-term client relationships and enhancing their loyalty.

Requirements
* A real personal client base, including VIP clients (mandatory);
* Willingness to verify the client base (e.g., provide examples of completed orders, client recommendations, or other evidence);
* At least 2 years of experience in the tourism industry, preferably with VIP clients;
* Knowledge of exclusive destinations and the ability to handle custom requests;
* Strong sales skills and experience working with high-income clients;
* Excellent communication skills, stress resistance, and attention to detail;
* Readiness to meet KPIs and work in a highly competitive environment.
