The Role:
As a Customer Coordinator, you will:
* Accurately process allocated orders, ensuring they meet the expected error rate target.
* Work collaboratively to ensure all orders are processed by the end of the day.
* Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently.
* Support a dedicated sales area, managing orders through the production process and keeping customers informed of delivery changes.
* Address after-sales issues, including complaints and queries, promptly and effectively.
* Maintain high customer service standards by coordinating and responding to queries quickly.
* Follow stock returns procedures and complete goods returns as necessary.
* Provide relevant product knowledge to answer customer and in-house queries.
* Support low-spending accounts to drive sales growth.
The Candidate:
The ideal Customer Coordaintor will have:
* Previous experience in a busy customer service or sales environment.
* Strong time management and task prioritisation skills.
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
