Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors Load and manage sales orders and returns Keep customer order statuses up to date using daily reports Assist Key Account Managers and other sales colleagues Liaise with third-party logistics companies to coordinate deliveries Manage various administrative tasks, including mail processing and office upkeep Provide customers with Proof of Delivery (POD) documents Assist with machine breakdowns and tool rental processes The Candidate: The ideal candidate for the Customer Care Administrator role should have the following qualifications and skills.
