Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with Key Stage 3 Nurture students. You will support learning across all subjects, with a focus on building students' social, emotional, and academic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students with SEMH, ASD, and sensory needs in the classroom.
2. Help students engage with the curriculum and develop key life skills.
3. Work collaboratively with teachers to implement tailored learning plans.
4. Encourage positive behaviour and provide emotional support as needed.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
5. Experience supporting students with ASD and SEMH needs.
6. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
8. Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students.
