Senior QHSE Co-ordinator Remote role with occasional travel to our Luton and London offices This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior QHSE Co-ordinator to oversee a team of four QHSE co-ordinators who provide the day-to-day administrative support to the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) department and contribute to the long‐term development of the QHSE function. The role of Senior QHSE Co-ordinator offers a fantastic opportunity for the right person to progress their career and gain extensive experience within a fast-paced commercial environment that is always changing. As Senior QHSE Co-ordinator you’ll: Monitor and review task allocation and responsibilities across the QHSE Support Team to ensure workload balance and to maximise efficiencies. Oversee team processes ensuring key stakeholder needs are met and QHSE standards upheld. Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve QHSE processes by identifying opportunities for enhancement and encouraging team members to propose and implement improvements. Apply hands-on approach for QHSE Coordinator tasks and lead by example. Advocate for all QHSE Support Team responsibilities, promote best practice and continuous improvement strategies. Ensure that all QHSE shared mailboxes are running efficiently, and requests are being responded to promptly. Support with team recruitment, new colleague onboarding, inductions, and developing ongoing training plans. Support and manage the performance of the QHSE Coordinators by leading one-to-one discussions, conducting regular performance reviews, and overseeing absence management. As Senior QHSE Co-ordinator you’ll have: A “can do” approach and attitude. Good time management and able to meet deadlines by prioritising workload. Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure. Enjoys working with data and is analytical. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organisational skills. Has strong attention to detail. Good level of numeracy and grammar. Management experience. Administration experience.
