Commercial Sales Administrator Belfast (Hybrid) £26,000-£28,000 + Bonus Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth admin operations, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting with administrative and reporting tasks. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations. Manage sales-related administrative tasks including processing orders, maintaining customer records, and handling documentation. Support the sales team by preparing reports and presentations. Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Maintain and update sales databases and CRM systems. Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to prevent shortages. Provide general administrative support to the sales team. Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role in a fast-paced environment - experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or marketing support is desirable. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
