Write clear, structured, and engaging proposals, including executive summaries, methodologies, and pricing strategies. Work with internal teams to gather relevant information for submissions. Ensure all bids meet deadlines and align with company goals. Business Development Research and identify new insourcing opportunities. Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and position our services effectively. Support the development of winning strategies and tailored solutions. Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity. Additional Duties Work with sales, finance, and operations teams to create strong proposals. Maintain and improve bid content templates for efficiency. Ensure bid submissions are of the highest standard through reviews and quality checks. The Person We're looking for someone who: Has at least 3 years' bid writing experience, preferably in insourcing or outsourcing. Has 1-2 years' business development experience, with a track record of identifying and securing new opportunities. Can write clear, persuasive proposals and tailor content to different audiences. Understands business development processes, including lead generation and client engagement. Has strong organisational skills and can manage multiple deadlines.
