Bookkeeper
Part Time, Permanent
Up to £30,000 (full-time equivalent salary will be pro rata)
Location: Melksham, Wiltshire - Office based
CMD Recruitment seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our client's team in Melksham. This is an excellent opportunity to play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and efficiency of the business.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Meticulously processing all staff expenses.
2. Efficiently managing staff credit cards and ensuring all prior monthly transactions are completed by the following month.
3. Accurately keying purchase invoices, particularly during month-end processes.
4. Proactively monitor the accounts inbox and respond to general financial queries in a timely and professional manner.
5. Regularly send out customer statements and diligently reconcile supplier statements.
Your Skills & Experience:
1. Proven experience in accounts administration.
2. Proficiency in SAGE accounting software.
3. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 5 days a week approximately 6 hours per day with flexible start and finish times.
