We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive growth for our commercial construction and maintenance company. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and an understanding of the commercial construction and maintenance industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial construction and maintenance services.
2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, facility directors, and general contractors.
3. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market demands to develop targeted sales strategies.
4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
5. Networking & Partnerships: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand business contacts.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, estimators, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
7. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing contracts and long-term service agreements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the commercial construction or maintenance industry.
3. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and maintenance services.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
$70,000 Base + Commission
