We’re looking for a dedicated and resilient Behavioural Teacher to work with students who need a bit more help to thrive. You’ll play a key role in guiding young people with complex needs, helping them develop the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Provide focused, one-on-one and small group support to students with severe social and emotional needs. Create a positive and safe learning environment, helping students manage challenging behaviours and engage in learning. Work closely with school staff, therapists, and families to develop effective, personalised support plans for each student. Adapt to each student’s needs, using practical strategies to encourage their social, emotional, and academic growth. What We Offer: Hourly Pay: £23 per hour with flexible payment options.
