The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Apprentice to support the ongoing growth of our product portfolio and online applications. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development, marketing, and technology within a growing company. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with management to grow the company’s brands and expand our service offering. Monitoring and improving our online presence, including social media management and SEO. Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients. Managing customer queries and coordinating ongoing projects and tasks. Performing general administrative duties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Managing the CRM system and customer portal to streamline client interactions and project tracking. What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and a keen interest in business and technology. We are looking for someone who is: Ambitious – Not afraid to take on challenging tasks and see them through. Organised – Has strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Quick-Thinking – Able to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Resilient – Able to handle pressure and remain persistent when facing challenges. Practical – Takes a logical, hands-on approach to work. Entry Requirements: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
