We are seeking a dedicated and professional call handler to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a high level of custom services and satisfaction.
You’ll handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls, receiving and providing information and resolving queries effectively.
Key responsibilities :
* Answering and managing inbound calls from clients.
* Making outbound calls to clients as first contact or follow-up.
* Providing accurate and clear information to the client with each contact.
* Answer any contacts in a timely and professional manner.
* Efficiently and professionally documenting and updating client information in the CRM system.
Qualifications :
* Previous experience in call handling is preferred, but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
