We are seeking an experienced and dedicated nurse/ ODP to support in the leadership of the theatre team for the new Hampshire Elective Orthopaedic Hub. Excellent team working and communication skills are essential for this role along with a need to establish and maintain good working relationships within the multidisciplinary team and wider services to work collaboratively and co-operatively to enhance quality of care. The successful candidate will provide direction and inspirational leadership to junior members of the multidisciplinary team; they will also be expected to work as an expert clinical practitioner providing high quality of care to patients and service users. The postholder will support the theatre team leader in the management of general resources, both personnel and financial and to ensure the effective operation of the department whilst maintaining high professional and clinical standards.
