Maths Teacher
Prospero Teaching are looking for Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Farnborough, where you will be working with an experienced team and in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
The school we are working with are particularly interested in speaking with teachers who have a specialism in Maths with the potential for a Head of Department role.
As a Teacher at the School, your day will be varied and interesting you will be able to follow a flexible structure whilst supporting the children and young people by providing bespoke therapeutic educational frameworks that are tailor made to each child and young person.

1. Location – Farnborough, Hampshire
2. Position – Maths Teacher
3. Type of work – SEMH Key Stage 3 and 4 Maths
4. Contract or position start date – ASAP
5. Contract or position end date (if applicable) – Permanent
6. Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) – Permanent
7. Full time/part time – Full time
8. Minimum rate of pay – £33,000 – £43,000 depending on experience (MAT teacher main pay range) + SEN Allowance
9. Hours – 8:30 am – 4pm, plus parents evenings
Experience, Training and Qualifications
10. QTS or equivalent
11. Minimum 1 year teaching experience in the UK
12. Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Eligibility
13. Hold Right to Work in the UK
14. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
15. Provide two professional child related references
