It is certainly a great time to be part of Authentic Education Group! We are in an exciting period of growth as we pool our collaborative energy and expertise.
We are on the lookout for a talented and organised professional who’s ready to join our Executive Leadership Team providing exceptional services throughout the Trust.
As Head of Data & Analytics you will demonstrate confidence as you establish relationships with multiple stakeholders, allowing AEG to achieve its strategic aims and objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead on data analysis and analytics, playing a crucial role in supporting the Trust’s strategic decisions to ensure the best possible opportunities for our young people. You'll analyse data, define and deliver change and data strategies, and provide actionable insights to support the raising of performance standards.
You will have proven experience of implementing and maintaining Management Information Systems, ideally in the education sector (though not essential). If you have a passion for leading ambitious change to create innovative digital system efficiencies that maximise positive impacts and transform outcomes for children, families and communities, we would love to hear from you.
At AEG we don’t just focus on qualifications and experience; we care about who you are and your unique potential. We are passionate about opportunities for all, with a commitment to ongoing CPD. In the role of Head of Data & Analytics, our knowledgeable Director of Digital Development will be your mentor, supporting your growth through awareness of your professional aspirations.
We are an employer that respects a healthy work/life flex – we are happy to consider applicants seeking a part-time contract/hybrid working arrangements.
Should you wish to arrange an informal discussion regarding the role of Head of Data & Analytics, please contact Doug Monk, Director of Digital Development, at doug.monk@weareauthentic.education.
