Fixed term contract/ secondment opportunity until March 2026
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Medical Workforce Manager (Business Services) to join a supportive and dynamic Medical Workforce team.
The position is well suited to an individual who has gained experience ideally within Medical Workforce, HR, recruitment or temporary staffing. Previous working within agency recruitment would also be advantageous.
Ideally, you will have knowledge of Medical and Dental terms and conditions to enable you to provide sound advice, support, and guidance to a wide range of colleagues. Additionally, you will be able to confidently build relationships with a range of colleagues and peers internally and externally, enjoy a varied workload, and can deliver results within set targets and strict deadlines.
We fully support hybrid working and therefore after an initial period of training, a combination of working from home and office-based working can be arranged.
To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUH’s ‘PRIDE’ values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence.
If you are considering applying for this post on a secondment basis, please discuss with your Line Manager prior to applying to ascertain whether this could be supported.
