Right now, we're looking for an incredible Operational Excellence Coach to join Aira in Scotland. You'll be joining as part of a brand new team, so be prepared to roll up sleeves and get stuck in, building a sale-to-aftercare service operation from the ground up!
What you'll be doing as Operational Excellence Coach at Aira
1. Delivering regional improvement projects and developing best practices
2. Implementing best practices from other regions and markets
3. Supporting the Head of Region with preparation and coordination during Aira Operating Model (AOM) Audits.
4. Developing a deep knowledge of the AOM.
5. Delivering continuous improvements and regional progression through the AOM.
6. Supporting and working closely with Team Leaders to analyse performance of teams and individuals.
7. Taking overall responsibility for all aspects of regional improvement of performance within service operations.
8. Providing status reports for Central Operational Excellence in Stockholm.
What we would like you to have as Operational Excellence Coach at Aira.
Heat Pump & product training can be provided, as will all training on the AOM. However, there are some things you'll need to have, to be considered for this role.
9. Proven experience as an Operational Excellence Coach or consultant, preferably within the energy sector, construction, oil & gas, or heating industry.
10. Hands-on experience in implementing process improvement initiatives and achieving tangible results.
11. Strong change management skills to facilitate organisational transformation and manage resistance to change.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders and effectively convey concepts to different levels of the organisation.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop data-driven solutions.
14. The ability to adapt to different organisational cultures and contexts is crucial.
The following would be great to have for this role:
15. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
16. Professional experience with 5S, Kaizen or TQM.
