Our solutions are recognised as an industry market leader by Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join us for maternity leave cover, full time (37.5 hours) for 12 months. The role will report into the Sales & Marketing Director UK&I.
The successful candidate will assist our Sales & Marketing team in promoting the 2025/2026 growth of Planisware in the UK & Ireland.
What you will do:
1. Lead the development and execution of the 2025/2026 multi-channel campaigns roadmap, focused on brand awareness and lead generation.
2. Oversee and manage the 2025 marketing budget while proactively planning for 2026.
3. Build relationships with potential partners and collaborate with broader Marketing teams to drive initiatives.
4. Leverage analyst data (e.g., Gartner) to gather insights, with support from the US team.
5. Manage the UK Marketing team (Marketing Assistant) and conduct Personal Development Plans (PDPs) to drive performance and growth.
6. Oversee and manage Planisware promotional materials, ensuring orders are in place for relevant events with support from the UK Marketing Assistant.
7. Collaborate on website content creation, including writing articles, planning upcoming events, and developing landing pages.
8. Assist in the management and segmentation of the UK leads database to improve lead nurturing.
9. Contribute to the analysis and reporting of website performance, campaigns, PPC, and SEO metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
10. Monitor and update UK content via our internal content library (Highspot).
11. Actively participate and lead where necessary in UK and global meetings.
Who are we looking for?
1. A degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven leadership skills with experience in developing and mentoring a team.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Demonstrated experience in a similar marketing role, with a focus on multi-channel campaigns and lead generation.
6. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise workload.
7. A proactive, hardworking individual with a creative and innovative mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
8. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics).
9. Proficiency in email marketing software (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp).
10. Familiarity with CMS (e.g., Drupal, WordPress).
